Every year the Festival Di San Giuseppe, on March 19, is celebrated with Zeppole being sold on the streets of Italy and sometimes are gifted.
Learn to make this classic and historical pastry, only reserved for a very short period of time for the year.
A sweetened choux pastry, filled traditionally with Italian pastry cream or sometimes ricotta and with the ever so special Amarena Cherry.
