Enjoyed throughout Italy and now the world, Torrone is a a classic Italian tradition. A wonderfully flavoured nougat that can be either soft and chewy (morbido) or hard and crunchy (duro). There are many variations and in this class you will learn to make 2 kinds: morbido with almonds, pistachios, egg whites and honey in between layers of rice paper and duro made with simply almonds, vanilla, and honey. Perfect to make ahead and wow your guests. Homemade is always best and surely more delightful than store bought.
Note: Approximately 2 weeks before the event, you will receive via email a PDF download with the required ingredients and tools to participate in the class, along with the recipe and step-by-step procedure. Alternatively, you can simply watch the magic happen and learn.
