COOKING & bAKING LESSONS

Set in a small, intimate gathering of no more than 10 households per online class to ensure every student has an attentive and superb learning experience. Each class will focus on the basics and mastery of what is being taught for that specific lesson, during a span of two to four hours. 

 

Upon registration and a week before the scheduled lesson, every student will receive an email with a list of the required ingredients and tools to successfully complete the course, and a link to the virtual class room with password. Included will also be a PDF document with the recipe(s), procedure, tips, and techniques for the students future referral and use.

All classes are LIVE using the Zoom platform.

All prices are per household.

*NOTE: All classes require a minimum of 3 to 4 households to be viably held. If not, an email will be sent with a notice of cancellation and a full refund will be issued.

    Italian Christmas Confections: Torrone
    A classic Italian tradition, Torrone is a nougat that can be either soft and chewy (morbido) or hard and crunchy (duro). There are many variations and in this class you will learn to make 2 kinds: morbido with nuts in between layers of rice paper and duro made with simply nuts and honey.
  • Calabrese Christmas Traditions: Turdilli

    Traditional Calabrese at its finest: Turdilli or also known as Turdiddri are delightful dense fried cookies made with alcohol, some slight spices, citrus zest and soaked in fig honey. Sticky. Sweet. Delicious.
